About VisioNYC

Before marketing can work, it has to understand people.

VisioNYC was born from a simple belief: business owners should not have to become marketers to understand what their business needs. Before we recommend a campaign, tool, or channel, we listen—to the business, to its customers, and to the journey that connects them.

Understand before recommending Build around real customer journeys Explain everything in plain language
Why We Exist

VisioNYC began with one business owner asking a simple question: How do I get consistent leads?

At a New York event venue, I watched a capable business owner struggle while companies sold more posts, ads, and marketing activities. None of it addressed the real problem: leads were inconsistent, follow-up was fragmented, and the business had no connected system for turning interest into long-term growth.

I started by learning the hospitality and events industry deeply: how potential clients searched, what made them trust a venue, which concerns shaped their decisions, and what encouraged them to return, leave reviews, and recommend the business. With my marketing experience and AI as a research and analysis partner, I mapped the complete customer journey and built the funnel around it.

The answer was not simply “more leads.” For that business, the strongest strategy connected discovery, follow-up, the guest experience, Google reviews, social proof, retention, and referrals. It worked because it was designed for that specific business—not copied from a generic marketing plan.

That experience became the foundation of VisioNYC. A commercial cleaning company, roofer, remodeler, or event venue does not need the same strategy. We understand the business first, map its customers’ journey, and recommend the right solution for its goals and budget—in plain language.

How We Think

Strategy starts with understanding the business.

We look at the entire customer journey before recommending channels, tools, campaigns, or technology.

01

Understand first

We learn how your business operates, who your best customers are, and what happens from the first search to the completed service.

02

Find the gaps

We identify where visibility, trust, response time, sales follow-up, or retention is costing you opportunities.

03

Connect the system

SEO, content, advertising, CRM, and automation are aligned around one customer journey instead of operating separately.

04

Improve what matters

We measure calls, qualified leads, booked work, repeat business, and the decisions that can improve performance.

Our Intelligence

Human strategy gives technology a purpose.

AI helps us research industries, reveal patterns, map customer journeys, and build faster. But it does not replace empathy, judgment, or the responsibility of deciding what is right for a business. Human strategy sets the direction. AI expands what we can understand and create.

Making marketing easier to understand is part of our mission. That belief led to Maya, our AI Marketing Guide for business owners who need clarity about where to start, what to prioritize, and which strategy fits their situation and budget.

I began my career in sales, where I learned one lesson that still guides my work today: people do not simply buy products or services; they buy trust. That understanding led me into entrepreneurship and marketing.

After moving from Ecuador to New York, I rebuilt my professional path in a new language and a new market. Working closely with service-based businesses, I saw how often owners paid for fragmented marketing without a clear system—or a clear explanation of what was actually helping their business grow.

I created VisioNYC to give business owners something I believe everyone deserves: clarity about the real problem, a strategy built for their situation, and guidance they can understand—even if they are not marketers. Today, I combine more than a decade of marketing experience, bilingual communication, customer-journey strategy, and AI-enabled workflows to help businesses make better decisions and build marketing they can understand and control.

“Marketing should create clarity before it creates more activity.”

You do not need to become a marketer to make a smarter marketing decision.

Maya can give you a clear place to start, or you can speak with us about the customer journey and growth problem your business needs to solve.
